Cubana Chief Priest, a popular Nigerian socialite, is facing serious allegations after being named a suspect in a potential rape case involving a Kenyan woman. The case, which started with an affair allegation in 2023, has now reached a US court. The woman’s lawyers claim Nigerian courts cannot guarantee fairness. Investigations have been completed, and the public is talking about the striking resemblance between Cubana and the child in question.

Full Report:

In 2023, a controversial blogger, Gistlover, accused Cubana Chief Priest of having an affair with a Kenyan woman, impregnating her, and cutting off contact. Cubana denied the claims, calling them lies and blackmail. He even offered to double the money for a DNA test if the child was proven to be his.

Two years later, the child is said to look remarkably like Cubana, and the case has now moved to a US court. According to the Kenyan woman’s lawyers, the Nigerian legal system cannot guarantee impartiality and could be influenced by money.

The woman alleges that she met Cubana on a trip to Lagos, where he convinced her to have unprotected sex, claiming he wanted a female child. She later found out he was married. When she told him about the pregnancy, he first suggested an abortion and then blocked her.

After contacting lawyers, Cubana denied knowing her, but the woman’s team presented proof of his involvement, including payments for her flight and accommodation. The lawyers now suggest the case could be pursued as rape since Cubana claimed not to know her, yet his DNA is involved.

The woman couldn’t travel to Nigeria for a DNA test due to threats she had received, but many Nigerians believe a test is unnecessary, claiming the child is a replica of Cubana Chief Priest.

Cubana has not responded to these latest developments.
