Sean “Diddy” Combs, a prominent rapper and music executive, is accused of assaulting a woman after allegedly applying a lubricant mixed with the date rape drug Rohypnol, according to claims made by the woman’s lawyer.
The lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, explained that the unnamed victim was coerced into undressing after Combs allegedly threatened her with a knife. Combs then reportedly covered the woman in a substance described as an oil or lubricant, after which the victim noticed her body becoming progressively weaker. According to the lawyer, though the woman did not ingest any drugs directly, Rohypnol or GHB, often associated with date rape, can be absorbed through the skin via oil.
Mitchell-Kidd suggested that this method was used to weaken the woman, making it easier to assault her. After being covered in the substance, the victim was allegedly raped by Combs, along with his bodyguard and another individual. The lawyer stated that she intends to file a formal complaint on behalf of her client.
The attorney described the allegations as extremely graphic, mentioning that the woman was only able to escape after enduring a prolonged and violent assault.
It is unclear if this client is the same individual who previously accused Combs of luring her to his home and raping her in 2018. That victim had filed a police report following the incident, according to Mitchell-Kidd.
Sean Combs, who is 54, has been incarcerated since mid-September, facing charges related to racketeering, sex trafficking, and drugging victims to ensure compliance during prolonged, violent encounters, according to a federal complaint.
In a recent development, over 120 individuals have come forward with plans to file lawsuits against Combs, accusing him of sexual abuse and exploitation over a 30-year period.
Among these allegations are claims of abuse involving minors, including one 9-year-old, according to attorney Tony Buzbee, who described the scope of the accusations as shocking.
