Crypto billionaire Linus Williams, popularly known as BLord, made headlines after gifting content creator Isbae U a staggering N10 million during his appearance on the YouTube show Curiosity Made Me Ask. In the emotional moment, Isbae U was left in shock by the generous gesture, declaring BLord as the “best guest ever.”
The episode also featured a candid discussion about BLord’s recent arrest by the FCID in Abuja, following a petition related to his business. While rumors had circulated that the petition was filed by online activist VeryDarkMan (VDM), BLord clarified that this was not the case. He emphasized that VDM did not have the “audacity” to file the petition.
In his words, “VeryDarkMan was not the one who sent the petition that landed me in FCID. He doesn’t have the balls and audacity.”
During the interview, Isbae U also pointed out that despite BLord’s wealth, he had never signed any influencers to promote his business. Responding to this, BLord explained that his own popularity allowed him to handle promotional efforts without influencers. He further added that many influencers are costly and would likely use his money for personal luxuries, like purchasing a Lamborghini.
However, BLord humorously mentioned that he wouldn’t sign Isbae U as an influencer, remarking that Isbae U wasn’t quite the level of influencer he was looking for. He added that without his YouTube show, Isbae U’s career might have hit a “dead end.”
The conversation took an unexpected turn when BLord praised Isbae U for his work on the YouTube show and proceeded to gift him N10 million. Isbae U, clearly overwhelmed, expressed his gratitude and was visibly emotional after the surprise gesture.
