Zendaya has ignited speculation about a possible engagement after being spotted wearing a striking diamond ring on her left hand at the Golden Globes.
Representatives for Zendaya and her partner, Tom Holland, have yet to respond to requests for comment following the 28-year-old Emmy winner’s appearance at Sunday’s event, held at the Beverly Hilton.
According to People magazine, the couple is engaged, citing information from “a family source.” Another insider reportedly claimed Holland shared the engagement news with friends during New Year’s Eve celebrations. TMZ also fueled the rumors, referencing “sources close to the couple.”
Zendaya, known for her roles in Euphoria and Challengers, graced the red carpet in a stunning Louis Vuitton gown. The actress has been romantically linked to Holland since they co-starred as love interests in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. Notably, Holland was absent from Sunday’s Golden Globes.
Adding to the intrigue, a reporter from the Los Angeles Times shared that during an exchange, Zendaya held up her engagement ring finger, prompting the reporter to do the same. When asked directly about an engagement, Zendaya coyly displayed her ring, smiled, and shrugged, leaving fans guessing.
Another clue came from Bulgari, the luxury brand for which Zendaya is an ambassador. While Bulgari provided her with a necklace, earrings, and a right-hand ring for the event, its press release made no mention of the sparkling ring on her left hand.
